Card Lock Fuel Service

This company provided diesel and gasoline card lock services for over 1,000 customers and 30,000 employees. They wanted to ensure that all their users could operate their new pump and card lock system correctly, as well as manage any fuel spills that took place on their properties.

They needed a cost-effective solution that would match their new
look and branding.

We built a multi-channel learning system that included a training video for fueling vehicles and managing fuel spills. First, we built a standard operating system, using WHYSEEQTM information as the basis for content. We created folding credit card sized instructions that were distributed to all 30,000 employees. We created, shot, and voiced a DVD that was provided to each customer as well as posted on the client's website. We created signage and job aids for each of the dispensing locations.

The result was a full training campaign that cost less than one dollar per employee.
