A major pharmaceutical company approached Digital Mentor Group to develop an efficient training delivery system that could incorporate their well developed standard work instructions and standard operating procedures. Working together with SMEs and other resources already in place, Digital Mentor Group developed a custom training delivery system that is now used in a variety of facilities across multiple jurisdictions. Measurable benchmarks of industry standards are built right into the training process to improve knowledge and compliance amongst all employees. Plus this unique system installation was supported by a number of federal regulatory agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada.

The new learning system has helped our client reduce overall costs of training and has minimized employee time to competence significantly. All the facilities that have implemented this system are now running efficiently and employee proficiency has seen a marked increase.
